What to photograph
The more we can see, the tighter the estimate. Four quick shots beat one blurry close-up every time.
- The damage itself — the stain, crack, bubbling paint or peeling ceiling, taken straight on.
- A wider shot — the whole wall or ceiling, so we can see where it sits in the room.
- The suspected source — the bathroom, balcony, planter or roof directly above or behind it.
- Something for scale — a hand, a tile edge or a ruler next to the affected area.
- A short video if water is actively dripping — the flow rate tells us a lot.

How fast will I get a reply on WhatsApp?

Can you really quote from a photo?
We can give you a realistic preliminary range and tell you which method is likely — PU injection, membrane, re-grouting or a full re-do. A photo cannot show what is happening inside the slab, so the firm price is confirmed at the free on-site assessment. We will never quote high on a photo and negotiate down later.
Is the WhatsApp quote free?
Yes. The photo assessment and the on-site assessment that follows are both free and carry no obligation. You only pay if you accept a written quotation.
What if I am not sure what I am looking at?
Send the photo anyway. Most of our enquiries start with someone who only knows there is a brown patch on the ceiling. Describing when it appears — after rain, after a shower upstairs, all the time — tells us more than the photo alone.
Do you handle HDB, condo and landed the same way?
The diagnosis is the same but the process differs. HDB inter-floor leaks involve your neighbour and possibly the Town Council, condos may need MCST approval for common-property works, and landed homes are entirely yours to decide. Tell us the property type and we will explain the route in the chat.
Will you keep messaging me afterwards?
